terms of service

by using atlas, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, please don't use the app. we may update these terms occasionally - continued use means you accept any changes.

you're responsible for maintaining the security of your account. keep your password safe. you're responsible for all activity under your account. you must be at least 13 years old to use atlas.

you own everything you create in atlas - your photos, voice notes, reflections, and memories. we don't claim any ownership or license to your content beyond what's needed to provide the service.

you're responsible for the content you create. don't use atlas for anything illegal or to store content that violates others' rights.

when you share content to a trip capsule, other members of that capsule can view it once the capsule opens. think before you share - capsule members may screenshot or save content after opening.

as a capsule creator, you're responsible for managing who has access. remove members if needed before the capsule opens.

atlas is provided "as is." we do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that the app will always work perfectly on every device.

we may update, modify, or discontinue features. we'll try to give notice for major changes, but sometimes updates happen quickly for security or technical reasons.

some features require a premium subscription. subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. refunds are handled according to apple's app store policies. we reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

don't use atlas to:

• violate any laws or regulations
• harass, abuse, or harm others
• distribute malware or spam
• attempt to access other users' data
• reverse engineer or copy the app

you can delete your account anytime from settings. we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. if terminated, you lose access to cloud-synced data, but local data remains on your device.

to the maximum extent permitted by law, svlabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of atlas. our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

these terms are governed by the laws of delaware, usa. any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
